Erotic intelligence isn’t just about the act of sex,  it’s about knowing yourself.

- What are your desires?

- Your turn ons?

- Your turn offs?

- Your boundaries?

- Your beliefs?

Erotic intelligence is your ability to understand, relate to, and engage with your own sexuality in a healthy, fulfilling, and empowered way.

It’s not just about body parts, positions, or physical arousal. Eroticism is about self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and honest communication.

Want to start building your erotic intelligence?

Begin with these powerful questions:

 ➡ What does sex mean to me?

 ➡ How DO I turn myself off? **

 ➡ How DO I turn myself on?**

➡ What do I like about sex?

➡  What don’t I like about it?

(**Notice: these questions aren’t WHAT turns you off or on. These questions are about what YOU DO to turn yourself off and on.)

If your first response to the questions is: “I don’t know," that makes total sense.

Most of us were never taught to explore these things.

 I encourage you to take a week with these questions. Journal or draw for 10 minutes a day. Don’t edit yourself. Let your responses flow.

You may get some idea after journaling, but you may still feel like you don't FULLY KNOW.
