In 2022, I personified my relationship with money and love... literally drew a stick figure for each and wrote down my honest thoughts about both. What I found was surprising, and honestly not that surprising: almost every limiting belief I had about money, I also had about love. This simple activity showed me that our thoughts and stories, not what's happening to us, are what shape the results we get in money, love, sex and intimacy.
