Here’s What You’ll Experience Month by Month
Month 1: Learn the foundations of eroticism and erotic intelligence and how to tap into the erotic in life and sex.
Months 2 and 3: Understand desire (including debunk myths and challenging limiting beliefs) and learn how to build your erotic energy to experience more turn-on and pleasure. Plus, learn erotic communication to build intimacy, trust, and play in relationships.
Months 4 and 5: Map your Erotic Blueprint to understand your unique relationship to desire, pleasure, and the erotic. Learn how to use this tool to continue your erotic journey and enhance your erotic communication, beyond our time together!

Individual Sessions
You’ll receive five monthly 1:1 coaching sessions designed to support you in exploring your unique relationship with eroticism in both life and sex. Begin scheduling your private sessions the week of July 15th.

What if I’m hesitant to explore sexuality?

​That’s okay! While sexuality is one part of this program, the erotic encompasses so much more, like creativity, curiosity, and spontaneity. This program will meet you where you are and invite growth at your own pace.
How do one-on-one sessions work?
​
​Each month, you’ll have a monthly personalized coaching session. This is an opportunity to dig deeper into the concepts learned and learn how to integrate the ideas and practices into your life. After you register for the group, I will work with you to schedule these sessions based on your availability.
