Cultivating
Erotic Intelligence
in Life & Sex
I help women cultivate erotic intelligence for deeper connection, aliveness, and pleasure in both life and sex.
When Something Feels Missing
My work supports women who feel disconnected from their bodies or desires and want connection, pleasure, and aliveness, but are not sure how to access it or where to begin.
Many women overthink, push through, or assume this is just how life is now. They function, keep moving forward, while feeling flat or distant inside.
Life and sex are intertwined. How we relate to our bodies and desires shapes how connected and alive we feel in life and in sex.
This disconnection is learned and can be changed.

Lisette creates a space where self-discovery around sexuality, sensuality and intimacy can flourish. She offers practical tools while also inviting profound personal growth. She created a space where I felt completely safe to slow down, reconnect with myself, and truly tune into my body. Her presence is both grounding and freeing, allowing me to explore intimacy and pleasure without pressure or judgment. Through her guidance, I gained deeper self-awareness and permission to honor what I truly want and need to feel sensually alive.
- Client, San Francisco, CA
Lisette's compassionate approach created a safe space for me to explore my limiting beliefs. Her insightful questions helped me uncover my inner strengths and develop practical strategies for managing stress. Now, I approach challenges with renewed confidence and clarity, and I'm more empowered to go after all aspects of my personal and professional life.
- Client, San Rafael, CA
I knew before working with Lisette that I had a deep desire to explore new ways of engaging with my whole self in an intimate way, but I was scared and stuck in old routines on my own. I was nervous and curious going in and deeply grateful for Lisette's style, flow, and warm virtual embrace during each session. Her intuition, deep care and extensive knowledge were a shining touchstone as she guided me through vulnerable and tender places. I felt seen, safe, and honored. I would recommend her to ANYone looking to open their hearts up to themselves and to others with grace, strength, and hope. I came away with empowering skills and insight that I am thrilled to have as resources moving forward.
- Client, Oakland, CA

An Embodied, Holistic Approach
My work integrates sexuality, self-image, mindset, and embodied practice to support meaningful, lasting change.
Rather than fixing or forcing desire, we focus on restoring connection to the body and inner experience.
Through this work, women cultivate erotic intelligence, the capacity to stay connected to desire, pleasure, and aliveness in a way that informs how they live, love, and choose.
This grounded approach supports greater confidence, self-trust, and ease in intimacy, relationships, creativity, and everyday life.

![I changed my timeline...not my goal.
August has always felt like my personal New Year.
Part of it is because it's my birthday month. Part of it is because I spent so many years working in education where August always felt like the start of something new.
Every year around this time, I get this surge of energy. I reflect on the past year, reset, and think about what I want to create next.
This photo is from a trip I took to New Zealand in 2023.
🌿 "Live More. Fear Less" is a message I seem to come back to every year.
At the beginning of 2026, I set the intention that I would be moving back to San Francisco by August after spending a year traveling and another year based in Florida building my business.
Well...August is here.
I'm not quite there yet.
The move is still happening. My timeline has just shifted a bit....and I am okay with that.
Probably one of the biggest gifts coaching has given me is learning how to evaluate instead of judge.
Not just asking:
➡️ What worked?
➡️ What didn't work?
But really spending time with:
➡️ What would I do differently?
When I sat down and went through that process last week, one thing became really clear.
I wasn't taking as many healthy risks as I needed to.
I was creating momentum...just not the kind of momentum that would get me to my goal by August.
Once I saw that, I could also clearly see what had moved me forward, what had slowed me down, and what I wanted to try next.
Instead of feeling discouraged, I felt energized.
As we move through August and before life gets busy this fall, I invite you to evaluate one of your own goals.
1️⃣ Start with what worked.
Spend more time here than you think you need to. It's amazing how quickly we skip over this part when we haven't reached the result we wanted.
2️⃣ Then ask what didn't work.
Without judging yourself. Just gather information.
3️⃣ Finally, ask yourself: What would I do differently?
Get specific.
If your answer is, "I'll fear less," keep going.
What does that actually look like?
